Ebay newbie help!

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to Ebay, I have a special Product that I want to sell on ebay. 

When I'm try to subscribe to a store, this messege pops up: 

"You do not have a valid payment method on file. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your subscription. Add Payment Method

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.

You do not have a valid billing eBay account. Please provide a valid account before choosing your Store. Billing Account"

Now I'm sure that I already provided a payment method. 

What I'm missing?

All sellers are required to enroll in Managed Payments.   To enroll you must provide checking account (routing#) and social security# (for tax purposes).  Name on checking account, social security card and EBAY account must be EXACT MATCH.   No nicknames allowed.

With Managed Payments money is deposited into your checking account 5-7 days AFTER sale is made.    EBAY deducts selling fees + shipping costs (balance is deposited into your account).

     Depending on how long ago you signed up or setup the account eBay may still be in the validation/verification process. It's been awhile since I signed up for MP but I believe the process took about a week once I had a new bank account setup to handle the eBay transactions.
