This month I have until now 0 sales the last month only one. This is a disaster !!.
What is going to do Ebay in order to stop a collective crash and in consequence the similar destiny for the Company in general?. WITHOUT SELLERS EBAY WILL BE OUT !!

If there are no buyers, there are no sellers. In other words, you gotta' sell what the dogs are eating today, not what they ate yesterday. I was in sales 41 years I contiually had to find ways to create new sales - couldn't rely on what worked in the past.
Your stuff seems to be directed to a limited market. This time of year people are spending their funds on gifts for their family & friends and travel. In other words those that buying your stuff put buying your stuff on the back burner as they are tapped out or cc maxed out.

Your items are collectible photos from a specific time period, WW II, and some items seem to say these are photo reproductions made from the original photo. It would seem to me this stuff has a limited market. Most of the WWII vets are no longer with us approx 620K of 16 million vets (or ~2%) are alive and are leaving us at the rate of 372/day. Have no clue as to WWII collector market size is but, I would think they would want real /original stuff.
You might want to try another site to sell this stuff on or open your own site.
Just my opinion.
The key to selling is to find out what the market wants and find prodcuts that fit that need adn when they stop buying fidn something new to sell taht satifies buyers needs. This is the sellers job not eBays.

I agree that sales have plumetted for many sellers including myself. I realize that things change but not this quickly and this drastic. I just wish we could get some answers to point us in some direction that would help.

My sales tanked in July, I went from Up 55% in June from 2017 to down 16% in July from 2017, down 6% in August, down 23% in September,
down 15% in October down 20% in November
I know I'm better off than some sellers. But I was seeing steady growth with an average of 62% increase per month for the first 6 months of the year. Then suddenly a 16% average drop per month?
Makes no sense. Nothing changed. I didn't go from Above standard to below standard in June. I didn't cut back my number of listings. In fact, I increased my number of listings from 400 to 720.
The only changes apparent to me are the changes ebay has made.

I believe that EBAY is pushing NEW items in the searches more than used collectible items. My vintage market is super slow selling the last few months, however NEW Christmas ornaments and some used have been selling steadily. Also some NEW toys have sold this month. Could just be the season, however if you watch EBAYS commercials this seaon it's all about "THE NEW THING WITH FAST FREE SHIPPING".
Antiques, vintage, used collectibles don't seem to get into the searches, and in front of the eyeballs of the buyers. Searches are not returning everything, as they once did. Will watch to see if this turns around onc the holiday season is over.

Of course ebay is 'hiding' your items. It's not a theory. But it isn't personal either.
Other sellers often call me out for trying to explain this. But what you call 'hiding' ebay calls 'Best Match'. Different way of looking at the same thing. If your item shows up in search on page 12, that's pretty much the same as hiding it.
The real question isn't IF they're hiding your items, it's WHY. Are you offering free shipping? Adequate returns? Paying your ebay bill on time? Treating your customers right? Are you offering bribes through promoted listings?
There's probably another couple dozen metrics. And, btw, our sales aren't all that great either. Worst holiday season ever.

I also find it strange that I can buy just fine on eBay but sales are almost nothing. I find it hard to believe that eBay is not somehow "hiding" my listings from the general public. This sounds crazy like some conspiracy theory but...

I have noticed that eBay tend to put items that recently sold near the top of best match searches. This would make sense since eBay gets a cut of everything that sells on their platform ands things that recently are more likely to sell. I do searches on my own items all of the time to monitor my competitors and make changes accordingly.

I understand what you are saying about playing the game ebay wants or they will not show your items to anyone.
I have found errors in the way ebay does best match though. Earlier this year I added free returns to hundreds of items and they did not show up in the free returns search. Items that I listed from sell similar from those listings did not show up either. Those listings were comtanimated someway and ebay could not explain why. ebay did tell me repeatedly that they were not working on it and did not know when it would be fixed. In the mean time I was forced to spend thousands of dollars to relist hundreds of items, the new listings showed up in the searches, and my traffic increased.
