I'm quite new to selling - so forgive me if this has been an issue before...
Today, I have noticed that when I've tried to revise some items it took me straight to the quick listing tool rather than the business tool which they had previously been revised on. I know they were previously revised on the business tool because I used comic sans font which isn't now on the quick list tool! I'm sure that for one item it then suddenly appeared with a Best Offer - that I didn't add. So right now, some of my items will only revise using the quick list but most are still on the business tool - which is how they were listed. Is eBay automatically forcing a swap to the quick list/revise once an item has been on for a few weeks?
How can I make sure I revise my items with the business tool (which is what I use to list) and stop it from going to the quick list/revise?
