Ebay messages not showing up on Bell Notifications

I've always had gremlins in my messages here so I'm probably not the best one from which to judge.

Usually a reboot and/or clearing browser cookies will fix that @whataboutbobsportscards .

Yes, the bell notification symbol has been flaky and erratic for ages. I routinely check my email notifications and Sold page to look for new developments; I do not rely on the bell for anything.
