Ebay label printing completely broken, 4/6/21

I am unable to print any "standard trading card envelope" orders. No matter what I do, whether it's different browsers, individual label vs bulk, etc... I always get the same unhelpful messages, "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" or "Sorry, labels couldn't be generated. Please check below for more information and try again."

This isn't a type of label I can print through any other site, and I'm assuming Ebay is more than happy to hold us responsible for orders that aren't shipped on time. Is this a known issue?

The ebay standard envelope is for sports trading cards that sell for $20 or less.

You sold listings are for Magic-The Gathering and Pokemon cards, as I recall.  They don't qualify.

I am not able to print ANY labels, not just the trading cards. The error message I get is the same as yours.  Is this an issue anyone else is having??

Try PayPal or Pirate-ship.

Yes, Pokemon and MTG cards do qualify for the standard trading card envelopes. Ebay implemented it in these categories, and I've successfully shipped over 1,000 of them.

This issue was a glitch... although at this time, it seems to have fixed itself.
