Hi, all,
How do I stop Ebay from relisting items that I have ended? I have tried many times to end the listing of some products, but after a few minutes, Ebay puts them back again. Currently, I have 62 items, but I want to remove 12 to bring it down to 50. But each time I remove them, they are relisted again. I must have ended these products more than 10 times.
I searched online for a solution. But none really addressed my particular issue. I just want to stop an ended product listing from being relisted.
My other question is does Ebay charge us for automatically relisting ended items? I notice that in my Account Summary, I have a balance of $25.00. I had no balance prior to adding products to sell 3 days ago, so this must be caused by going over the 50 zero insertion fees. But each time I remove 12 of the listed products, Ebay puts them back on. So, I guess the $25.00 balance is the fee for the insertions. Can somebody please help me? Thank you.

Look and see if you have selected the "Out of stock" option for your listings.
Unless this is a new enhancement, intended change, or glitch I would suggest that might be related to this.

Hi, Ittybitnot,
Thank you. I finally learned the cause of the problem. It was the software that I used for posting products automatically on E-bay. It was set to auto-relist items that had ended, but still had stocks. I turned it off, and the problem gone. This feature costed me $31.85 for relisting ended items that went over my 50 free listings for the month. So, to answer my other question, yes, E-bay does charge us for relisting items after going over the monthly free listings. Even if we remove some products so that we have less than 50, say, from 62 down to 42, once we add the 43rd product, it will now cost money as what I've noticed.

I've heard others post about this. You should call eBay to discuss and determine why this happened.
If there's a glitch resulting in this happening, this would be a major issue and eBay needs to disclose this immediately to all eBay Members (and insure that credits go back to their accounts, if improperly charged).

Just saw your past after I replied to your original post.
Looks like you figured it out.
