This is now a world-class headache.
Shipping 50 packages will probably take three hours rather than 20 minutes.
Everything they did just made it worse.

@badwolf12 wrote:@snowshooze If you're looking for another solution you can sign up for a stamps.com account. You can link it to your eBay account so all of the shipping info will populate from your eBay sales and you can bulk print. They have a free 30 day trial and you can also call them to request the "free eBay account" to use beyond the 30 days. It's something to consider for those times when eBay has issues with the bulk shipping tool.
I've been using stamps dot com for shipping for over seventeen years so far. Oddly enough, they never seem to have "glitches."

I tried to do that, and just looked at the link you kicked over, but for the life of me I cannot find selling manager pro.
I attempted to do it on some several occasions.
How do I get to Pro Selling Manager?
Thanks!
Mark
Selling Manager Pro requires a paid subscription:

Since the bulk FB reply is not working at the moment I provided a link upthread where you could at least reply to FB on the same page since your earlier post said you were being forced to do it one-by-one from the sold page going back and forth.
Another option is to wait and leave FB after the bulk tool is repaired.

Well,
Everything has worked pretty dang good up to Friday night.
Spread sheet options for everything, just about.
They are gone.
If I have to go outside, I'll take a look at stamps.
But I prefer, if at all possible, to keep a tight ship with as little outside stuff as earthly possible.
If I could have last week's site back, I wouldn't be here now.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Well, ebay's motto seems to be "GlitchesRUs" so I've always preferred reliable sources for shipping...

Ok, I looked that over..
I can buy my way out of the feedback problem for $16.00 a month, cheaper to quit leaving feedback really.
It has a variety of tools, the only one I would use is the feedback.
It still leaves me with work-arounds for packing slips, researching archived sales, and the other new headaches I listed.
Possibly that is what the site is attempting to accomplish, sell more services.
All was fine during Friday until the evening.
So, if I give up feedback, the only remaining serious issue is the packing slips.
They replaced those with a packaging list, which are absolutely worthless.
Oh, and researching the archives.. that took me about 20 minutes for 2 sales today I should have been done in 2 minutes.
The rest can and will be pretty much blown-off.
Did I mention the complete eye-sore the site is?
Good grief.
It's enough to knock you right off your chair.

We always seem to have this period of headaches from the glitches that result from major changes when they decide to update stuff and make their changes. Eventually it all seems to settle in again. Have to endure it until then.
I always think it happens when they make big changes at the beginning to summer.. getting the site all set up for the coming Holiday Shopping Season. Just seems to me this is getting to be a normal part of this time of year.
I'm old enough that constant changes are beginning to frustrate me. sigh.. trying to get used to the new look to my selling accounts and listing page. Hate the new look completely, but am really beginning to like the new listing page. Simple, easy. Faster than TurboLister.

My bad, Selling Manager Pro is free with a premium store or anchor store, but not with the basic store. You'd have to pay $15.99 per month to have it. I'm really sorry to get your hopes up, I've just had it for so many years I take it for granted.

Now explain this one...
I just subscribed to selling manager pro, and the screen reverted to what I had last week.
It appears precisely the same as it was. Whic is fine with me.
It is as if I had been on Pro by mistake all this time?
I dunno.

What level of a store do you have? If it is a basic store, you did not have it before. If it is a premium store, you have always had it.

Well, I have had the premium store for a long time.
I can't even remember how long.
I just signed up for pro, everything went back to normal, in every way.
Some kind of glitch? I dunno.
I see people that obviously had no idea what I was talking about.
They would be Standard Store Operators.
So, apparently, somehow the pro selling manager slipped away???
I am just so grateful it is back on track! Whew!
