Ebay is telling me to require higher selling limits but I can still sell 5 times for free. I'm confused because I just payed my selling fee and I'm unable to sell. Can anyone help me! Thanks. ❤️

You have listing limits as to the amount of items you can list, and you also have a total dollar limit. If you've met your dollar limit, you can't list anymore until next month, even if you have not met your listing limit.
As you gain experience those limits will be increased.

Your selling limits refresh on the 1st of the month.
Your limit is based on active+sold in that month.

5 items is a very low limit.
I suspect that you have been restricted because of your feedback and seller standards.
You currently only have 10 feedback as a seller with a 50% rating for this 12 month period ... You have a total of 3 negs, one neutral and one revised to a positive in your "lifetime".
What does your Dashboard say?

I suggest that you read the Seller Standards:

Can you even sell what you are selling? You told one buyer you couldn't get their account. Sorry, but your account history is a mess.

50% positive feedback is above standard?

I didn't even look at the items on feedback 😞
You need to read the Digital Goods policy
And you need to read the User Agreement for X-Box accounts

This account is toast. Nobody will buy from a 50% feedback seller, even if you can get your restrictions lifted and get a higher selling limit.
If you wish to continue selling ...
READ THE RULES
Start here:
https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/index.html
Start at "Getting Started" and come back here with any specific questions before you do anything.
Also ... familiarize yourself with the MBG:

To find out exactly what restrictions are on your account and to have eBay lift them, you will need to CALL eBay. They will probably require you to prove to them that you have corrected any issues that you had and that you have a plan for staying out of trouble in the future. Use the "Call Us" link at the bottom of this page:

If they let you sell again and you keep trying to sell what you have been, you won't be around long.
Game accounts are not to be sold.
