Ebay is super broken and I don’t know who to talk to. The customer service reps are no help. I have over 7000+ listings, top rated even power seller and my sales have decreased from 10+ average sales to 2-3 if I’m lucky per day. I know the economy is bad but this is ridiculous Any tips or tricks to help or to get ahold of the right ebay department?.

Not to mention huge resellers here:
Thredup: "Search all 3,923,218 items"

They are a commercial site. Didn’t know they were on ebay.

"Customer Service is my most important priority."
That statement is a direct quote from your eBay site.
Quite a contrast from some of your more recent statements on this thread.

I thought the exact same thing.

The search function is a mess. Maybe some folks give up trying to find something. To me , the biggest problem with Ebay is the other places that people can go to find their items. While researching the identity of a toy using Google Lens, it showed me many places where I could buy this toy. I had never heard of some of those sites. I just wanted to exact name of the toy but if I wanted to buy it, I had at least 7 different sites to get it. Years ago, that wasn't the case.

Hi, cannot speak to the brokenness of eBay, but can offer a few tips to hopefully improve your sales.
You have obviously put a staggering amount of work into your listings. You have the quantity, but i see areas that could be tweaked to your benefit. Now it is not enough just to have the numbers, as you are experiencing. Listings must also provide enough details for shoppers to find one’s items easily.
Take for example your listing entitled “Attention maxi dress size L”. Looking at your photos, i see a black and white ikat (?) tribal print, sleeveless, self-belted dress with surplice front. None of these keywords appear in the listing, except for the word “black” from the label Color in Item Specifics. Does the dress have an elasticized waist? That is a selling point. Is it a wrap style? Another selling point. Measurements are not included which could aid the buying decision.
So i guess my point is that it is important not only to have a good number of listings, it is also important to direct buyers to one’s listing with enough keywords. In these challenging times, i would think that pre-owned goods would see an uptick in sales as folks economize.
Wish you much success.

@frugalmarketplace Yep, that's their eBay store. I don't know if they cross-list from their retail location or not, but I suspect they do with that many items.
Swapdotcom is also a stand-alone sight and have 150,000+ items on eBay. Linda's Stuff has almost 100,000. CHOP retail straggles along at a "mere" 10,000.
It's Thredup that gobsmacks me, though. If I were easily psyched out, I'd give up with my 168 items. Or maybe I'm just nutz.

Same with us, we have been traveling all over and the resorts, nice hotels, good restaurants and decent shops are all bustling with folks that have plenty of money to spend. Heck there are over 28 million Americans worth a million or more.

Have y'all fixed eBay yet?

Exactly I agree its Flux and Adjust. How? By showing Ebay they now need to learn to live with less. Less of My Money! Less of My Products and Less of My Everything. We Sellers aren't the problem. We are made to jump through hoops to succeed and the person who holds the hoop. Doesn't hold it straight!

Ebay is not broken. Not in my opinion, anyways.
You seem to be doing ok with your sales!

Frankly I would rather deal with a small seller with a great reputation than some big company. I know overstock dot com is on ebay, and if I remember their feedback isn’t great.

Everyone comes here well aware of the rules. If we don’t like them, we can leave. It isn’t any better on other selling platforms.

I haven't studied all of the metrics that Ebay uses, but I've noticed that many, many sellers on Ebay just try to flood their listings with sheer numbers of items and rely on attrition to get them sales.
Well, that will get you some sales, but it's also going to drag on your metrics. I worked at a big box retailer in the automotive field and I learned there that each item listed on the internet has a cost associated with it. So , the more items you list that don't sell costs ebay money. This is going to push your listing exposure down.
