Ever since ebay switched over to the Free Returns requirement for Top Rated Plus, numerous of glitches show up every week. Today I noticed two more. Here's the list of broken **bleep** and ebay just keeps updating their mandate **bleep** and keep things broken....
1....page views don't work
2....48 hour span in June had GTC listings lose their photos
3....Dashboard (shipping&tracking) broken in and out several times (working for the moment)
4....NEW...markdown manager not working properly (set up a sale for 2000 items only 139 work for me) editing the sale doesn't work, duplicate the sale doesn't work
5....NEW...Go Daddy account won't load (needed to update Scedule C items for taxes)
wonder what else will happen this coming week. Call ebay for your credit, yes it's an hour long wait due to the numerous issues and people reporting it while ebay does nothing about it, but hit their wallet and watch things get fixed because they hate giving credit back. Whatever your store level is (I'm anchor) tell them you are not paying full price for something that is not working properly and hopefully you'll get a 50 percent credit for the cost of your store level. I did, and be firm and upset about it. These problems need to end and it won't until we start asking for a credit and refuse to pay full price for something that isn't working to the full standards. Let's hold ebay to their standards for once.
