I have been selling on ebay since ebay started. I don't sell a lot lately but I have always sold Coach purses frequently. Ebay recently removed a listing I had for a Coach purse that was 100% authentic. I had at least 10 photos showing it and the interior creed patch. The bag had been purchased directly from the Coach store. They pulled it and of course that puts a strike on my account. A number of years back they did this once too and I stopped selling Coach all together because I figured If they could pull an authentic bag and strike my account I was concerned they would do it again. So here I am now wondering if there is ANY way to refute this charge. I am shocked that an authentic bag could be pulled. Is there anything I can do to prove it and get the strike off my account??
Thank you!

Could be Coach as a vero member had it pulled. They don't like auctions setting a base price and do throw their weight around a bit to stop it. A letter from Coach saying it's real might help but, good luck getting that.

It is so hard to fight one of these and really rare to win. In the emails you got there should have been contact information for you to try and fight it. Possibly at the bottom of the email. It won't be Ebay contact info but contact info from the VERO member that had your listings removed. If that wasn't in the email, then contact Ebay as they are suppose to provide it. Good Luck!
