Ebay deleted $100 activated promotion do i still ship?

I activated the $ 100 promotion sold $90 but now the promotion disappeared I sold my stuff %20 below market rate to make buyers fast and happy today message disappeared. Do I still ship was going to ship tomorrow if ebay doesn't want the promotion why did they offer it in the first place now its a mess and I guess I wont be shipping :'(. Activtrak didt help me to slow so I installed automatic screenshotter incase anyone else wants a idea for proof next time ebay does this to them.

What promotion?  What type of promotion was for $100?  Please give details and maybe we can help.

Regrdless of you finding that promotion, you still need to ship that item.

Not doing so will result in a defect which will be detrimental to your account.
