Ebay charging ad fee with no existing promotion campaign- Help!!!

Hello everyone, I'm a new seller on ebay. I had promoted all my listings then decided to cancel all promotion campaigns due to cost. I recently noticed that ebay still charges me ad fee for everything I sell even though I have no existing promotion campaigns. Please what should I do and how can I be refunded?

When did you end the promotions? From the promoted listings fee info....

If a buyer clicks or taps one of your ads and then buys the item within 30 days, you'll be charged an ad fee based on the rate you chose
