Hello,
Impatient customer opened a case on the lastest estimate delivery time. I said impatient because this buyer say bad word and menacing to opening case if not receive the same day as latest delivery... *Oh well, please skip the bad comment**
Package is on the way to him. If the package reach him and he accept the delivery during the 4 days mediation and he still want a refund who win the case?
This would be a 1-3 day late delivery out of our control, will Ebay side to a refund to buyer or understand the little delay and side with seller?
Anyone experienced this?

You entered the tracking number into the case, I hope.
Call Ebay CS and point out that the item is in transit and ask for an extension.
They may give you ten days. If it is delivered in that time, the case would be found in your favor.

Yes we did enter the tracking # in the case and explaining the package is on the way with the latest USPS detail.
If I chose to ask ebay to step in, because this buyer is a pa..n in the a... Would it make the same result in my favor or I really need to call ebay and explain to 10 person the whole story?

Unfortunately, you cannot reach an Ebay USA rep until Monday morning. The other ones will more than likely close it in the other party's favor, if they even understand any of this at all. Once it shows delivery, you have a chance, but you need a USA rep. It could be delivered tomorrow, and you can't get the USA people until Monday. That could be a problem or not. In a properly functioning environment, they would have been prohibited from filing their claim so soon.

NEVER ask Ebay to step in! You will get a defect! They don't want to step in, they want you to resolve it!

You CAN call and ask them for an extension, though, since the item is in transit.
You can get ten days and your item hopefully will be delivered in that time frame.
THEN you can call Ebay if need be to close the case in your favor.
