Ebay automatically relisted an item that had sold

Help!  I'm a new seller and ebay automatically relisted an item that had already sold via a best offer.  Payment has already been received and is sitting on hold waiting for the item to get to the buyer.  Please tell me there's a way to delete this listing without consequences!  Thank you in advance for your time and help!!

@isaiah54mom2  These 'ghost listings' have been a problem for a while - I've had them, too.  eBay refuses to acknowledge that this has happened for years.  You can do one of two things: Apologise and negotiate another item of equal or greater value they might want in its place, or ask permission to cancel the sale.  If you can't get hold of the buyer or they don't want to cancel, the only thing you can do is cancel for 'out of stock', which does give you a ding.
