This morning I received an email saying my Nike Dunk didn’t pass the Authentication check as it has factory flaws. So they returned it back to me, but to my old address in Western Australia, i am living in Queensland now.
I contacted them about it, just 30mins after i got their email. They said Auspost already has mine item so they cannot change to my current address, and asked me to contact Auspost for redirect, I told them they should be the one to do it as they are making mistakes, not me. I checked my details, i have already changed everything to the new address. And somehow they still find the old one. Anyway, contact them 4 times, they keep telling me to contact Auspost, so i did and guess what, Auspost said i cannot redirect because sender didn’t put my email or phone number in, so i got no proof to prove thats my to redirect. Auspost also tell me that the parcel does not required signature so the delivery person can just leave it when they got there.
Has this happened to anyone before? And what should i do now? I think I just lost the sales also my item.
