Ebay and Google Console Search

Ok,  so I asked ai this question.   What do I have to do for google search console?  It looks like I need a store,  I only have where everyone can go to my ebay and that is that.   Do I need a store?    Comments,  suggestions,  appreciate it.  Once my sales start going up,  I will consider a store.  Does that do the trick?

You don't need to store to appear in a Google search. However, you should do all the things that eBay recommends, such as:

  • Fixed price format (the short life of an auction means it probably won't get picked up by google).
  • Plenty of photos, with the main photo on a clean white background.
  • Use all relevant item specifics.
  • Create a solid descriptive title.

Google Search Console was designed for website owners to monitor the performance of their owned websites. You don't own any eBay pages, nor do you have access to the specific locations in eBay's source code where the ownership verification codes should be entered.  Thus, Google Search Console is a moot point for your eBay sales because you will be unable to prove personal ownership of any eBay pages.

Instead, to monitor the performance of your listings, look at your performance analytics in eBay's Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance

To improve your listing performance on both eBay and through web searches like Google, be sure to review the key points in my first post. You may also want to pay for eBay's Promoted Listing features if you feel your listings are not getting enough exposure on eBay:

I know what I am looking for and can't find it.    I am on other ecommerce sites,  sales are happening.   It seems ebay doesn't have what I am looking for.  I will continue the store and I have another idea on how to get sales going.  Something popped in my head about different items I sell.  I am getting better with ai,  I don't like ebay version of AI but like I said I have another idea on how I am going to accomplish this.  Promoted listings isn't quite the trick,  I have thought outside the box and have another way.  thanks and have stupendous day.  my friend and partner does eco and we have a different way of seo search and def seeing sales will happen.

So disappointed. I was waiting for the comment that their shipping is superb because he has a private shipping software that does better than what everyone else has.
