Ebay Working Capital

I have a question about working capital.  Paypal was wonderful for working capital.  Fast, easy and repayment was automatic.  When will eBay, if ever, provide their own working capital option to their sellers?  Lending Point is not an option for many sellers either because of qualifications problems or the interest rate and associated fees.  Has anyone heard if eBay will be doing this in the near future?  It would be helpful to many of us who want to further grow their business a little at a time.

I wouldnt count on it.. Paypal working capital was a insane program the fees were something no one else could ever offer. Lending points wants 19% on a working capital loan.. its really stupid whos going to pay 20% rather do a Business Credit Card Cash offer xfer for 5% or less its really dumb.

Right? I started going through the process, shut it down quickly when I realized I'd be paying $9000 interest on a $15,000 dollar loan...I thought they were joking! So after I canceled they called to ask why, I tell them and they reminded me I could pay it off in 6 months for no interest. Sure, i'll just fork out another $2500 on top of my regular monthly bills ðŸ™„ Lending point has long been one of the worst lenders in the game, so of course eBay partners up with them . Paypal working capitol was actually just that, based on your sales and payed back from sales.  Maybe eBay will smarten up someday, but I doubt it.

I doubt it will happen in the near future.

eBay does not even offer sellers a balance account at this point.

I would not expect eBay to be offering add-ons like business loans until they have at least offered the same basic functionality as PayPal.

I'm still waiting for the Turbo Lister functionality to be added to the seller hub like they promised us 5+ years ago 🙂
