Ebay has told me when a listing is sold it is still searchable , there for they can suspend you for anything that is in your history ( drafts, sold, unsold) that they think might be counterfeit.

Wow. That is interesting. . ..
Delete those solds. Turn off the inventory feature that keeps the listing resident awaiting you to update the quantity.

I thought I had everything deleted with the help of ebay rep, but got another suspension today while I am already suspended.. So I have absolutely no clue. . Pretty crazy... I am not listing anything branded anymore.

Drafts should not be included in that statement. A draft of an item that had never been listed before would not get you in any trouble.

Hi, eBay cracks down pretty hard on sellers in the U.S. for selling non-licensed (aka counterfeit/unofficial) merchandise. If the Among Us plush wasn't authentic, that's probably where the problem started.
You also have 3 completed listings for unofficial Among Us fidget toys, which contain the words "Pop" and "It". Pop-It™ has been tearing through eBay listings reporting knock-offs mercilessly for a while now. According to eBay, those 3 items would be counterfeit double-dips (6 strikes).
When you get a counterfeit strike, you're on the eBay radar and your account gets monitored very closely. I've heard that sold items can be subject to review, but I don't think drafts are. In your case, it wouldn't be necessary to include your drafts, considering the number of items that seem to have been previously reported.
You've probably figured this out by now, but just a reminder - if you aren't permanently suspended yet and manage to get back in eBay's good graces, just remember you can't sell any knock-offs, replicas, or "inspired-bys".

Buyers have posted frequently that an item they purchased is no longer in their Purchase History ... meaning that eBay must be removing 'Sold' items. But I've never heard of eBay accessing 'Draft' listings. Are you certain that a 'draft' listing caused your suspension?

This would be a good question for the Weekly Discussion @carmens.creations . If this is indeed true what would happen if an Item was sold 30 days ago and then suddenly eBay prohibits it from being sold ... would they do the look back in Sold items and divvy out warnings, restrictions, suspensions? It would be a good question to ask and an interesting answer to read ...
