Ebay Standard Envelope displays postage amount on label

Using Ebay Standard Envelope for sportscards under $10.  Is there a setting where the postage amount is not dislayed on the label?  There is for USPS 1st Class but I don't see an option for standard envelope.  I've cut my shipping from $4.99 (USPS 1st Class) to $2.50 (eBay Standard Envelope) but now am getting dinged on feedback for shipping amount.  I thought $2.50 would be easier on buyers.

It cost 85 cents so yes buyers will ding you for charging $2.50. The best way is to split the difference. Raise your asking price $1.25 and lower your handing charge $1.25
