Ebay Returns Deceive Sellers with AutoBot in Favor of Buyer

I listed two iphones as a lot on Ebay phones listed as Parts no returns because of Bad imei. One of the phone was a AT&T the other i could not find out the carrier but i posted photo in the listing with both model numbers. A buyer bought the phone after shipping he asked "the small phone is AT&T and the Plus is Verizon Right?" I said the small phone is AT&T the plus i don't know the Carrier he sent a message that if the pHone is not Verizon he would return it. The Last sim in the phone was a Verizon so it showed Verizon in the carrier setting. When the phone got to him he said the phone which is the plus was not verizon so he sending it back. I said the Phone is sold to be used as parts no returns he never responed. He then opened a return stating that the Plus said it was verizon and the smaller iphone won't even power on.
I called Ebay on the 3rd and Spoke with a Rep he looked at the case and said it was buyers remorse and said Ebay could not step in until the 9th to close it. So I should wait until the 9th and call back to speak with a Rep to assist me. He made some notes gave me is name and the reference number for the Notes. I waited for the 9th to come on the 8th in the night I checked and the return said that if you cannot come to a solution with the buyer you can ask us to step in on the 9th. I got up in the morning 7:25am to call Ebay but I got a message to call back in normal business hours. I did not no Ebay closed lol, so i did a google search and found out they open 5am pacific time which when i called at 7:25am was 4:25 pacfic. I went to Look at the return and saw this message. " Your Buyer was waiting for a return shipping label, so we went a head and sent one for you. I did not call the buyer did not call and the supervisor told me that the computer decided the buyer was right and sent him a label. When I got the phones the phone he said could not turn on, turned on fine he also had put a different sim card inside because the phone showed a new carrier.
Got no assistance from ebay just told me i got back my items relist them. Even though I had proof that the item worked perfectly showing the same serial number that i showed in the Photo I got no help
Be Careful I have never seen anything like that how can ebay say on the 9th you can ask for help but before the 9th came the system decided that the buyer was right and automatically sent them a label. And just so you know I have no feature that automaticall accepts return because it would not have waited until a few hours before the the 9th to accept. This was very Deceptive. I had to take a screen Shot of the message because I never saw it before.
