So, I am newish to Ebay started on selling as I am moving house and I am decluttering. I sold two items, dispatched them and recieved positive feedback from buyers, I upload a few more items and shortly after my account gets permanently restricted for no apparent reason and ebay will not give me a reason. I have sold nearly £200 worth of items that ebay have not paid out and the items have been sent. How is that even legal?

I'm not seeing that both buyers left feedback. There's just one feedback from one of the 2 buyers and although it's positive, there's a reference to inadequate packaging.
As a new seller, this is a learning experience but especially when selling electronics, safe packing is essential. There's no feedback from the buyer of the HP laptop so there's no way to know whether that got there safely or not.
The listings were removed so the descriptions or other pics can't be seen so I don't know what other triggers there may have been that ebay didn't like.
Did you respond to any messages from scammers asking you to text them? New sellers of high-fraud items attract scammers and ebay may have thought you were circumventing the system.

If you go to the UK site, they show. But they can't be opened because they were removed.

I didn't respond to any messages from scammers no.
I had been in communication with both buyers and confirmed that both had arrived safely. I know that is easy for me to say as you cannot confirm. I did not remove the listings that must have been ebay themselves. At the end of the day thats £200 i have lost I'm not a charity I'm not giving away things for free
