I'll preface this by saying I'm a new seller. I've only been selling for about 2 weeks. I was in the process of adding new listings and I received an email from eBay. In short, the email said, "After reviewing your account, we've had to take action. Some or all of your listings may have been removed. The listings removed from your account showed similarities to listings that have resulted in bad buying experiences." They removed everything without much of an explanation.
I don't quite understand this because I was extremely meticulous about what listed. I only listed unbranded items that were reviewed very highly everywhere on the web. I only had about 15 listings and some of them were starting to heat up pretty well. By the way, I was selling iPhone and AirPods cases. Just the cases and not the electronics.
Steps I took:
• I verified my account/identity
• I got my new seller limits increased
• I manually listed the items without a third-party software
• I offered competitive pricing
• All of my listings were $13 or less
• I personally shipped items from the city that is registered on my account
• I only sold generic unbranded items
I called eBay several times to get some kind of an explanation and each representative kept saying that my items were counterfeit items. How is a clear unbranded iPhone case counterfeit? It's a clear generic case. Anyway, if anyone has any feedback or helpful advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. I feel so lost. Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Brieanna

I see 113 listings, but cannot click on them.
All the items look to be drop ship type stuff. Do you physically posses the items?

Without having access to seeing those listings that were removed, it would really be impossible for any of us to give you accurate guidance. You need to speak with someone that can see them.
If you use social media Facebook would be a great place for you to go and try to get some assistance.

It's important to be aware of where you post a question on Ebay’s Facebook page. A comment on one of Ebay’s marketing posts won't be answered, but comments posted directly on Ebay’s page will.

Are your unbranded items copies of branded items? Would buyers be confused? You might want to repost this, changing your title to iPhone and AirPod Cases. Someone that sells in that category may be able to better advise you.

Looks like you were claiming your unbranded items were AirPod items.

from what I've been experiencing there is nothing you can do or anyone who is willing to talk with you about this. Seems that eBay once they make a judgement doesn't give you any more response other than reading what they already emailed you from a manual. I had an item removed for a violation that didn't happen and have now spent more hours than it's worth trying to find someone to take it up with. Read one post that said try twitter or Facebook posts with eBay and you might get to at least get a response

You are feeling frustrated and that is understandable. But some do care and are willing to help. The call center can be very frustrating to deal with, I really understand that. I've been frustrated many times when I've had the need to call.
Try the link facebook and give that a try. I know I posted it earlier in this thread, but here it is again for your ease.

And yes, there is Twitter too.

1. Do not relist any of the items that were ended. If you do you will never be reinstated for certain.
2. Do not use the words I Phone or AirPod in any title. That is what probably had your item ended. Unless the items are branded Apple Items using those words is trademark violation.

None of the steps listed above have any bearing on the issue that eBay raised:
"The listings removed from your account showed similarities to listings that have resulted in bad buying experiences"
It sounds like eBay buyers have been complaing about generic unbranded items being described as "iPhone and AirPods cases".

In your listing titles, you used the trademark brand names "iphone" and "airpods". You didn't say "fits ..." or "for ..." or even "generic". You can only do that if the items you are selling were actually made by or licensed by iPhone or Airpods.
Technically, you're not supposed to use the trademarked brand name unless the item was made by that company. I see a lot of listings that say "for iphone" but I'm not sure if you could do that now that your items have been red-flagged as counterfeit.
Here's the policy about this:
