A potential buyer is having difficulty requesting an invoice for combined shipping discount using there mobile app. Can there be a reason why this is?

The option to request a total through the shopping cart has never been available on the app. Buyer will have to use classic web browser for that function.

Thank you for the information. I noticed there are certain things that cannot be done on mobile app.
