Ebay Mobile App Is So Broken You Can't Even Purchase Items Anymore

I wanted to purchase some items from eBay while I was out running errands today but any item I clicked on would pull up and be stuck in infinite loading screens like these. I could not see descriptions, purchase buttons, or anything else beyond the first photo and the listing name.

This was not a connection issue as anything I searched came up quickly and when I ended up having to buy these items from Poshmark, that app ran just fine too. How come any time Poshmark updates itself it doesn't result in a massively broken experience by the way? I'm just asking for bare bones basic site functionality out of eBay at this point. The ability for items to show up in search and be purchasable. Not all these worthless changes that break the site further and further.

Number one thing eBay should be doing right now is fixing these glitches and bugs so there can be some kind of 4th quarter to offset the rest of the horrible year.

There are numerous reports of both iOS and Android apps crashing.

This is some of the dumbest stuff I've ever seen in my life from a billion dollar company. It's like they are actively trying to fail.

Poshmark is a much simpler operation, but I agree that eBay's app is rubbish.

Ha!!! It's like George Carlin was resurrected. eBay customer support! That is some real humor.

Just have a normal website with a normal search where buyers can choose low, high, new, used etc and stop trying to use artificial idiocy to weight listings who pay Promoted Ransom and maybe, just maybe eBay would function properly and people would take this place seriously as a place to buy and sell.

eBay is it's own reason why people leave for FB, CL, PM, Etsy, AMZ and all the others. eBay executives are actively squandering what was once a total monopoly on online "used" sales. When you give people a reason to go elsewhere and elsewhere has a better platform, you have lost those customers.

What's the point? Ebay hasn't bothered fixing the other dozens upon dozens of issues leading to the horrible sales this past 4+ months for many sellers. Your mobile apps on both major platforms were non-functional for over 3+ hours in mid-day and it was impossible for purchase anything from. That's a joke for a company your size.
