I hope im not the only one but Is anyone else having issues with ebay messages?
I have not had a message from a buyer or been able to answer questions in over 15 days .
I can see on my active page that I do have questions to answer when I click to answer I always get the error
"The question you're trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You can't respond to questions older than 90 days."
now when thats on a 7 day auction listing clearly there a issue as the item has not yet finished so isnt 90 days old.
Further more I know im not receiving messages as buyers have resulted to opening cases in a vain hope to make contact some having sent 4-7 emails and clearly thinking im just ignoring them and ebays seen the comments in said cases.
Its well documented with ebay -7hrs 45minutes on live chay/phone 1st week -7 hrs 55 minute the second
9 phones calls and over 20 live chats and Ebay have confirmed technical issue
but no one seems to be doing anything so reaching out to the comunity to see what else I can do in terms of putting a rocket in the correct area as I really do need to know my account is working as its should be.

im really worried that my ebay reputation will be in tatters as... buyers want answers to questions which I do want to answer but as i cant or dont know if i I have issues to resolve until a case comes in its a very strssfully time ebay have said as its technical issue the feedback will be resolved but thats hardly the right way to conduct business imo.
The funny thing is I can get messages from ebay fine! offers or cases opened but no messages from the buyers.
Sorry for long post just hope ebay see this and take it seriously as I keep getting told its not common and will be resolved soon but soon never comes and the definitono of soon isnt 15 days !
