We have 30,000 active ebay listing, and do NOT use ebay business policies. Instead, we have 20 listing templates that our team uses when creating new listings. We have avoided using business policies because we like the ability to customize shipping specifics and return specifics when we are listing items because certain items are required to be shipped a certain way, or not allowed to be shipped a certain way (batteries, liquids, some test equipment, etc).

Then threw their hands in the air when it came to people not using their policies. Or their tech crew has no idea how to fix it even if they fully understand the issue.
Something I noticed with Ebay over the years. Once they introduce their newest, latest, greatest feature, they start to abandon the old features. Until they completely abondon them, and make everyone use the new features.
I hope you can find a quick fix that won't rack up so many employee hours.
@suzysemporium The answer was right in front of them and they failed ... The Active list has a Shipping column, they could have modified the info that it is based on from the Listing tool and then let the Sorting function group First Class items ... this is 2023, it is NOT Rocket Science, it is simply programming and that is where they failed.

@allthingssurplus That is correct, no doubt about it. There is a Shipping column on the Active list, you can sort it and eBay failed to take advantage of that.

Just a reminder in case some of you didn't read it, ebay issued a statement in this thread on friday afternoon:
Hey everyone, as this situation continues to evolve and new information comes available, I have a quick update! We are no longer referring to a deadline of August 9th! While there is no hard deadline in place at this point in time, we want to stress to everyone the line right after that in the announcement that states:
"We realize this may take longer for some sellers and we will continue to support First-Class on existing listings for a longer period of time. We will update you as more information becomes available."
so this is not over, and I think were going to see more come of it.

Why do sellers refer to themselves as we? It's weird.
