Ebay Email back in February 2021 about lowering subscription prices

Back in February of this year we received an email showing that the subscription prices would be lowering effective May 1, 2021.  According to my monthly statement it never changed.  I have been on the phone with 5 different associates at Ebay all claiming they can't find the email.  Luckily I printed it out and kept it to remind me of the change.  Has anyone else had this problem with the change effective May 1, 2021?

I did not see a reduced price on store subscription.   Change I saw was more listings for the same price.   I used to get 1,000 listings and now I get 10,000 for the same price.

The only email I remember was about them waiving the fees if you downgraded your store before 5/1.

I have no Feb email you are referencing.

Can you post a screen shot and block any personal?

$59.95 and the email said it would drop to $49.95 monthly.

This must have been before they finalized the Spring Seller update as none of the pricing matches and all those stores have tons more minimium listings.

Probably why they offered downgrade at no charge up to 4/30.

The commitment for a full year you can pay the 59.95 a month.  If you don't commit to a full year than it's at a higher price.

But that's my question..

It's $59.95 per month, if you pay monthly.

If you pay the full year, you get it for $49.95.

So did you pay the full year in advance?

It does not state that.  It says 49.95 for a yearly commitment monthly or a month to month at 59.95.

The devil is in the details.. Just like with many subscriptions, you get a break on the monthly cost by paying the full year in advance.. 

So $49.95 per month if you prepay for the year.

I have basic subscription and it's been $21.95 a month as long as I have had it. Never got any email about lowered store tier subscriptions nor is there any mention of lower store fees on spring seller update. If they did offer lower store fees then I was excluded - and never contacted - some things never change, some things never will with ebay.

What I think happened here is that you found an old subscription rate page from a previous spring seller update.

The reason that I say that is based off of the listing allotments of 150 for a Basic store and 500 for a Premium store. Those listing allotments are the old ones from years ago. A Premium store has been allocated 1000 listings per month for a few years now.
