You are in Greece......and frankly could probably get better answers on a European board...... This is the board in the US and we're not going to have the same experience/rules/fees.....

Do you have a store? How many listings does Ebay give you. You do know every listing automatically rolls over. Being charge once you hit the limit is the way Ebay operates. I suggest you do some research. No where on Ebay do they allow you to just list as many things as you want for free, you are mistaken.

Once you go over your monthly allotment , Ebay will charge a fee. Until you fix this, end any listing that will end soon . Stop it before it relist. Go and check if any end today and end them until you solve this problem.

Most here including myself are not familiar with how ebaymag works so it is difficult to know what the problem would be. Is it possible that you are using upgrades in your listings or have some in more than one category. That will always cost extra.
If you are registered on this site your free listings are based on the type of store you have. What type of store do you have? eBay doesn't usually restrict you to list only your free insertions so perhaps you have too many listings on some of the sites?
Can you post a link or show us the wording as to where to it says that you have 'chosen the option to allow 0 fee insertions on ebaymag". I wonder if you misunderstand what that meant. Are your listings on those other sites different than the ones you have on .com or are they the same?
You seem to know quite a lot about different international options. If you are familiar with ebaymag, perhaps you can help the op?

@pjcdn2005, I don't know much about eBayMag. As I understand it, it will create duplicate listings of a seller's items on other eBay websites, so that they can be purchased and sold in the local currency of that website. eBayMag is supposed to coordinate and adjust the quantities as items are sold. I don't know anything about the options that are available for sellers using it.
@pepi-25-store, maybe this will be useful. If not, I would advise that you look around through other articles on this site to find something that will help you. I doubt that there are any responders here who are familiar with eBayMag.

Edit: On eBay.com, good-til-canceled listings are relisted once a month on the same day each month, so that a given listing will never be relisted twice in a month. Before that was set up, it was possible that a listing could be relisted twice in a month, which could conceivably result in using more listings than a seller had free-insertion-fee listings available.
Maybe it doesn't work the same way on some of the other eBay websites. I don't know, but it's possible.
