Ebay Affiliate Partner Program?

Hi,

I'm looking into signing up for Ebay's affiliate marketing partner program. My question is, has anyone had success doing it? Is is easy to use? How did you have success at it if you have?

Frankly, I read the forums a lot and I have never seen a discussion on this topic.

So my take away would be that it is not something that most sellers use.

I could be wrong.

I did an internet search on this and the only info I saw was about the program itself.

If this in any way is similar to promoted listings, there have been threads on that topic and the consensus seems to be that it does not do what it is supposed to do.
