Easy Pricing is not working at end of auctions

I have updated several of my auctions to turn on Easy Pricing but when my auction ends and is relisted, the starting price does not auto reduce by 5%. I am doing this on the mobile app. What might I be doing wrong?

I think it starts 10 days after not sold, then drops 5% every 5 days until it reaches xyz.
I have a screenshot somewhere, but it would take me forever to find it. Has it been 10 days?

Hi,

Thank you for responding. I have attached 2 pix. Both show the same auction. One from yesterday clearly showing easy pricing turned on. The relisting from today the easy pricing has mysteriously disappeared. I do not understand why none of my auctions have not switched to easy pricing when I have revised the listing to add easy pricing. Could it be a bug? I am not having this problem when I add the best offer option.

Easy pricing affects fixed prices, not the opening bid on an auction: "Starting 10 days after listing, we'll lower the price (5% every 5 days) until your item sells".

Thank you for your response but nowhere on the attached image does it mention fixed prices. None of my auctions have been 5% reduced at the starting listing price
