ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS ISSUE WON'T BE ABLE TO LIST NOR EDIT

After eBay representative login to my account to check some settings, I start to have the issue of  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This page isn’t working

bulksell.ebay.com redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I had the issue for over 30 days, over 30 days, i keep contact ebay but there is no solutions at all. 

I tried all kinds of OS with all kinds of browsers combinations. Won't work.

I won't be able to edit existing listing, complete draft, create similar, create new listing, nor bulk editing.

It will give the error msg showing above.

Ebay confirmed with me it is a tech issue with thier system. but it takes time to fix it. Good to know over 30 days w/o solutions. This issue happened right after ebay representative login to my account to check listings. 

It seems like 30 days past and ebay still have no solution. If you have the same issue or you have the solutions that may help please help me by leaving the comments.
