What do you mean by ein, please? Where are you being required to add it?
In the USA, EIN means Employer ID Number, and it is used as a tax identification number for a business. However, this is only for those who are USA residents or are legally conducting business in the USA, and therefore they have a tax liability and need to report their income to the IRS in the USA, and may have to pay income tax on it.
You are registered in Romania, so you would not be eligible for an EIN unless you are living in the USA, and have the right to work here. You will need to register for Managed Payments using a bank account in Romania, and provide whatever identification documents they require to do that.
