EBAY charges unauthorized Fees but no way to resolve

Any other Seller out there frustrated by unauthorized fees that can’t be removed after an item has been sold? Nor can you reach a human being to actually get it removed. IDK about everyone rise but in my 20+ Yrs selling on here, never have I felt such frustration & disappointment by this company.  I actually talked to a person in March. Where the hell are there people now? Already tried their automated AI answered help section multiple times. Completely useless

What kind of unauthorized fees? When you view your payment transactions, what does it say the fees are for and why do you believe they're not owed?

I don’t have any unauthorized fees, all fees I pay are clearly posted in the seller fees policy.
What unauthorized fee are you talking about?

I believe the OP is talking about the credit card unauthorized fee of 20.00 when the buyer makes contact with their credit card company and says they never made such purchase with their credit card. Something all businesses deal with on a regular basis 😞

In that case the $20 would be waived.........
