When you don't get the right item, there's no need to contact Ebay, just use the MBG.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
If you picked the right reason for the return, you should get a full refund.
Did you select Didn't Fit as the reason for the return?

Why didn't you just file a return? You're a buyer and you have a money back guarantee...customer service isn't going to do anything for you except give you the run around.

If you ordered the wrong item and the seller sent what you ordered, file a "doesn't fit" return for refund. You'll have to pay return shipping of course. If the seller sent you seat covers not matching what you ordered, that's a "wrong item sent" or similar and seller pays return shipping. eBay's customer service is called customer disservice by most sellers, and for good reason.
BTW - screaming at people here doesn't help.

Also, you're not allowed to post personal info, that's why it was removed.
The key is whether the buyer mis-represented the item or if you bought the wrong item. If you bought the wrong item, then the shipping SHOULD be on you.

With all due respect, the buyer's MBG is iron-clad when used properly. Tick this link. > eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Well sure. IF the seller mis-represented the item.
If however the buyer made a mistake in the item they ordered, that SHOULD be on them & they should pay return shipping, as they are the ones who made the mistake & it's dishonorable & unethical to use the MBG in that case. I'm well aware it happens though.

The MBG link tells about the difference in a Remorse and a Not as Described Return. Note that I did not tell the OP to lie.

@mtgraves7984 Oh, I certainly wasn't implying that you did, sorry if it came off that way. Was just explaining for OP. But good to know that the link explains the difference, I didn't look at the link. My apologies if it seemed like I was saying that.

Buyer ordered the wrong size: Buyer pays the return shipping.
The seller sent you the wrong size: Seller pays the return shipping.
