Did you mean:

EBAY HAS IT WRONG. IT IS NOT A PRIVILEGE FOR THEM TO GIVE ME AN ACCOUNT.

EBAY IS THE PRIVILEGED ONE FOR US HAVING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I got a message from ebay telling me my account privileges may be suspended this is the complete opposite way ebay should be. E bay should   be happy that we all have accounts. Thats how they make their money by overcharging us for fees and more fees and now the ssn info.  ebay is just another scam and is bad for the people it looks like FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE is the way to go. Ebay stopped backing their sellers and eliminated pay pal who would help out the sellers if there was a problem ebay is now full of scams not to mention out of control fees and now government involvement in ebay has gone to far

So are you going to tell the reason why eBay says they may suspend your account?

Is it the account you are posting with or another account?

Is it an issue with your 1956 Coupe DeVille sale? I don't sell in that category, but others here can explain the fee structures for your listing. Expand, please...

@tomizzo1

Did they say it was time to sign up for Managed Payments?

Have a great day.

You are correct.

It is not a privilege that they give you an account they can take away any time they want.

It is a privilege that they let you pay for an account they can take away any time they want.

It's eBay's site, so it's eBay's rules.

The warning that you need to tell eBay your SSN means it's your time to change over to Managed Payments. Your listings already show the MP funding sources for your buysers.

You need to provide a checking account that your payments will be deposited in, give eBay and their money processor Adyen your SSN and provide your DOB on either your Driver's License or Passport.
