Not off the top of my head.  But if you will click Site Map at the bottom of the page, I'm sure you will find your answer.

Alternately, ask Google.  They know most eBay rules and policies.

I take that back, don't look under coins.  It's useless.  Fees might be better, but I'd go with Google.

with ebay and paypal it's 13% and if you charge for shipping ebay will get 10% of shipping fee. best to do free shipping.
