How long and how many EBAY employees does it take to reinstate my account's selling limits?
You sent me this email but I've been waiting a month now and there is still no change to my account's selling status.
Did you guys all fall asleep? Did you all catch the coronavirus? What is your issue now?
I provided EBAY with all the documentation they asked for and paid months of sellers fees.
Why are dragging your feet? Giving me my account limitations back gives me the ability to start making us both money. The back and forth discussion only prolongs the delay in me getting us both paid...
Doesn't E-Bay want to get paid... If you spent less time harassing honest hardworking sellers like me and more time changing my account's status (i.e. A job I paid you a month ago to do... Your performance be better...

P.S. For those of you that don't understand when your stock hits new 52 week lows everyday, it is not a good thing...
I fully intend on sharing this story with my fellow E-Bay investors on the conference call... Maybe then you won't have someone who has been vetted by E-Bay waitting a month for you to make a change in the system...
Thanks

You have posted your message on a Member To Member Support Group.

Customer Service for ebay.com is via phone, and that is currently down due to the CoVid-19 pandemic. They are only accepting email. Click on the HELP & CONTACT link at the top of most ebay screens and follow the directions to send CSR an email.

Unfortunately sometimes issues simply need to be directed to the right person, someone who will get the job done, someone who cares about doing a good job.
Those individuals are sometimes a rare asset within an organization.
Good luck, & hoping your problem comes to the attention of & ultimately addressed by such an individual.

"months of seller fees"?
How far were you behind in payment of your account?

This is what you took from my story?
Excuse me sir who employs you currently...
This is exactly type of behavior that doesn't help the situation and what I am going to discuss with the rest of my fellow investors on the conference call...
When you do a terrible job, first you apologize and correct your behaviors then you reflect...
Instead of taking this time to reflect on your awful performance and think about what you could have done better lately... You decided to victim blame me for trying to help by giving you constructive criticism...
Again.................................... eBay is not here. This is a community board comprised of other buyers, and sellers.

My whole opinion of E-Bay's customer service for sellers wasn't exactly bright to begin with, and @computersofthefuture 's post certainly doesn't help to change that sentiment.
Clearly, you've tried to contact them via the suggested methods without luck. You may be posting this complaint into a black hole... Can't someone at E-bay help this seller out?
I wish you the best of luck! Stay healthy and safe.

Where can I post so that someone from EBay can read and fix my issue promptly???
If you think I haven't tired the Contact EBAY feature/button before and after posting my previous messages, you are wrong... Does anyone have any ideas on how to get a message through to someone that works at EBAY??!?! To those of you that truely believe that EBAY isn't creeping around, I have one question "Who deleted my attached photos of EBAY's employee's terrible performance and stock price?"
Thanks Again,
Anthony Krygowski
P.S. What does it say about E-Bay's customer service if they make time to delete my attached photos of their awful performance but can't make time to fix my account's limit???
REALLYYY?!!?!?
eBay probably did not delete your post here on the "community boards". Posts here are monitored by Khoros (see lower right) and must comply with the "guidelines"... "rules of engagement"

Try eBay for Business on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness Sometimes they can help more directly.
When you message them, be sure to include your ID and state the problem briefly and clearly. It can take a little while for them to get back to you.

I placed this comment on their facebook page, sent them another message and reposted it in the technical difficulties forum page... Right now all I have heard from E-Bay is straight "Crickets" though...
P.S. One thing I did find out is that Chase bank is willing and ready to Chargeback E-Bay $40 in fees I paid them because they didn't do what I paid them to do and what they had clearly stated they would do in the email they sent... Just ridiculous!!! … Now you guys don't have to wonder why there have been 10 other new selling applications and websites that are growing at crazy rates and doing better then E-Bay?? It is because most people can't stand the poor customer service they get from E-Bay's employees...

Hi Anthony, sounds like an ordeal. And now with customer service being relegated to email primarily, that must be even more frustrating. But I was wondering what happened to your account that halted your selling privileges?
