Lets just say I am more then angry with ebay...I had a ebay store with 650 items in it and due to Covid I was not actively selling things on ebay...I called ebay and asked if I could somehow suspend my ebay store so I would not have to pay the fees until Covid was under control...Ebay ended my store subscription but that would have left my 650 auctions being charged a fee each time they automatically relisted...I called ebay and they told me to end my auctions and they would be stored under unsold listings until I wanted to get back to selling on ebay...I asked the ebay person does it matter how long I wait to relist the 650 items and they said no that they will be there until I want to restart my ebay ads...I was a little hesitant because I sure didnt want to lose my listings...I called ebay again and asked a second person the same question and I was given the same answer, they 650 listing will be there until I want to relist them...So this morning I looked at my unsold listings and they were all deleted...I called ebay and they said sorry its been over 90 days and they cant be retrieved...I cant believe they cant be retrieved and I am more then livid with ebay...Its a ton of work to redo 650 ads from scratch...Ebay could easily sent an email saying do you know your auctions will be deleted if you dont relist them by a certain date...Believe me if my account had criminal activity they could retrieve my 650 auctions...Has anyone else had this problem?

A bunch of eBay lackeys and brown nosers, always giving their "advice". This happens on many of the posts on this forum. The same old "fellow members" come on here and attack the person and stick up for ebay, seemingly every single time that they make comments. Abject lackeys, they make me sick. Why don't you all stick up for the truth, or better yet genuine working people?
eBay support people gave her incorrect advice, twice, period. Ebay could probably recover it in minutes if they wanted to. And they should want to because of this person started listing things again, ebay would make profit. Profit, that's more than most ebay sellers make, with all of the clepto buyers that ebay allows on ebay. "According to our guidelines we are going to auto grab your money and give it to a person that could send back a *bleeping* box of rocks for all we care, as long as it has tracking number"
eBay isn't bad as eCommerce companies go, but that's not saying much. eBay certainly doesn't need the help of a concerted assortment of Lackeys, who should stay out of the way and who always bully the truth.

This happened to me. It is a sickening company in so many ways, sure they can get the listings back but it is their punishment for not relisting them for their effing 35 cents per as I don't have a store. I am surprised having a store they did this to you. People get sick, go on vacation, etc. I just lost 30 listings, and having hundreds of pieces of art it takes a long time to figure out what is missing and then to rewrite the listings, it is an obnoxious company that has a secret phone number in San Jose, if you call that, and don't guess a 5 digit extension it hangs up on you.
