I was wondering if any of you guys would know what the problem is.
We are using a third-party API to manage the orders. Since a while ago all the email address for new eBay users (with 0 rating) have been dowloading as a series of numbers and letters and not a proper customer email address. It is a problem because it stops me from making the label. Going back to eBay to manually change the email address is a time-consuming nightmare.
The author of the software assures me that the issue comes from eBay. The thing is, it was always ok and the problem only started a few weeks ago.
Do you have any advice?
