Duplication Error Message when Relisting.

Accepted a buyer refund request due to incorrect address. I want to relist my item but eBay is not letting me. Is there like a certain time frame before relisting. What it the issue? I've tried to "sell similar" and changed the price but I keep getting duplication error message. I do not have a duplication.

It took or takes a while to get a listing re-listed...was it the iPad?

As a new seller...selling high end items at the beginning I would never do.

I suspect you have reached your monthly limit. As a new seller, there are usually selling  limits. It can be by category, listing quantity or dollar amount restrictions. How many items/dollar amount are you allowed to list per month?

Even if you receive a return or a cancellation, you might have to wait for the next 30-day cycle before being eligible to list another item. For more information, see the link below for the policy.
