Duplicate listing VIOLATION question with Winter update bin on auction? @ebay

In the past I have received Duplicate policy violations  for having an item in fixed price and on auction with buy it now feature.  Now since this upgrade is free a good many sellers will be using this option. I went to eBay duplicate listings page and it reads: 

• Identical auction-style listings are allowed if they:
  • Have the same start price
  • Have the same reserve price
  • Have the same title and description
  • Don't use the Buy It Now option

Please make sure sellers know that is a policy violation so a lot of newer sellers do not  unnecessary violations.

It doesn't really look like anything has changed.  When you click the link it appears to be the same policy as we have had for quite a while.  What are you seeing that is different.

I am seeing that if free lots will be adding it  and trying to see if there was any policy change as I have had violations long time ago.  And if there is no change as you are saying lots of newer sellers will make same mistake I had in the past.   Buy it now is included with auctions I can all adding it including me.  I was trying to see if eBay made allowances for duplicate listings since change in features.
