Is there a way to automatically put in each of my items a small message? Would I have to make a big Excel sheet with every item in it?

You can use the bulk edit tool @sheilgazla-0.

Did you know you have items listed with free media mail shipping, but the descriptions say shipped with priority mail?

Even though you can use the bulk edit tool, I suggest doing a manual edit of each listing so you can clean up any discrepancies. You only have 37 listings so it will not take long.
