You have to be more specific.  What do you want to drop off?  If I'm dropping something off I tend to go the Post Office or library.  Sometimes I drop stuff off at Goodwill to donate.  Kids are a great thing to drop off and get out of your hair but you can't leave them just anywhere or you'll get arrested.   

If you have stuff you want to sell on eBay and just drop it off and pick up a check later....  it does not work like that.  You have to put in the work.  You have to learn how to list and sell and ship and not get scammed.
