Drop Down Boxes Causes Pages To Freeze While Listing

Over the past few weeks I have encountered problems creating listings.  When I go to use the 10,000 drop down boxes eBay now wants us to use, the page freezes and becomes unresponsive.  It happens way too frequently and makes listing a real effort.  I have called and spoke with eBay and they say it is my issue and no other seller has the problem.  Since this happens to me using different computers and operating systems, I believe the problem is more widespread.  Anyone else having problems using the drop down boxes?  Bad enough eBay sales are down 10% going into the Holidays but not being able to list in an efficient manner is a death blow.

No issues here with the drop down. It sounds like it could be a browser issue. What browser are you using, is it fully updated and do you clear cache?  If you're using IE or Edge, don't.

I use Firefox, Chrome and Opera, no issues with any of those.

I haven't had the dropdowns freeze on me, but on the ones I find relevant, I start typing the word instead of searching the drop-down. That might help.
