Drafts not working

I use drafts to create listings. Now when I create my first draft I have no issues. I click on create copies and can make copies but when I click on resume drafts and try to create my next listing the drafts will not open.

I asked a friend to try this on his computer and he has the same issue

Is there another easier way to create bulk listings since this way no longer seems to work?

It has always worked in the past and worked on Thursday but stopped working on Friday and still does not work today.

I spend about an hour trying to remedy this situation, clearing stuff, using different browsers & computers, resetting wifi, etc. before taking another half hour to try to get help using eBay's worthless chatbot and finally getting eBay to call me....at which point I explained the situation to a heavily accented customer service representative who disappeared while I held, only to return 5 minutes later to tell me that I probably wasn't only one this was happening to. Apparently he had been flooded with calls the day before (I had eBay call the moment they opened yesterday).

Nice of eBay to put a message on the drafts page that they aren't working so sellers don't have to spend an hour trying to figure out why on their own. (Rolls eyes, shakes head).

Hello, I'm having a similar problem today (8/25/2323) with drafts. It looks like I'm going to have to just recreate it in a new listing. My extra pics won't load and part of the format, e.g. Allow Offers, is missing; Try to preview and nothing loads up. Checked system board for know technical issues and according to ebay, everything is in working order. Frustrating. Thanks everyone one for all your ideas and comments!
