Drafts Disappearing From App And Desk/Laptop

Starting this new as per  requested.

I do my entire sales draft onto the phone app and save it. I will go home, and open my desk/laptop to look for it to tweak and complete it, but it is gone. I'll open the phone app again, and it has disappeared from there, as well.

This is not 30+ days later. Sometimes it's a few days, or even hours.

What's going on?

We just lost several drafts this week too. This has been an ongoing problem for years and it has not been fixed. Is there a solution for this?

I just lost 21 drafts that were less than two weeks old so this is indeed still going on as mentioned above.  What a waste of time. I have to call incompetence.
