Im by no means a big time tycoon I have a small online business and I used ebay to help sell some items as well as my website. I recently unsubscribed from ebay stores for the 2nd time in 5 years, and like the sucker I am for pretty much the same Ebay **bleep** I had to deal with last time.
Those to name just a few and trust me theres more, Ebay have placed so many infrigment policys against sellers that its almost impossible to keep them happy before the next trumped up policy comes in to play. Just when you think you have it, along comes another issue or infrigment while our rights and seller protection is whittled away.
I think ebays is good for old Joe bloggs selling his old pool table and stamp collection and hasnt heard of gumtree yet but when it comes to online bussinesses ebay will bring you to your knees and have you pulling out your hair, deffinatly not a company to work with if you suffer from anxiety or depression.

Everyone does what they must do. Yes if it is causing you health problems it's best to make a change.

They keep trying to shut me down for brand infridgment I have scanned my listings for so called brand infrigments I have even used their listing checker and nothing was found but they still take down my listings, Their customer service finally admitted to me that they have no experiance with the items I sell so they just didnt know how to classify them so they shut down my listings because they didnt know what it was not because they found me in error.
For example if you sell a 3rd party phone batterey for a samsung phone you would say in the title somthing like. Phone Batterey fits Samsung phone and in the description you would put This is not a samsung product or somthing to that effect. But Ebay has it set up that you cannot use the brand in the title or description. So you change it too Phone Batterey fits Phones LIKE Samsung etc. But no thats also wrong they will still shut you down, there is no way to sell aftermarket accessorys or parts for any brands on ebay unless your customer is already well versed in your product that they dont need a description which is rare on ebay. I did not say that my products are for any particular Brand the best I can do is say its for products LIKE *brand name here* so I am not pointing directly at the brands. That is not wrong as I am not saying that the brand is part of what I am selling, its merely mentioned as a possible application among many.
But ebay wants it as Phone batterey for a phone, that will pass there bull**bleep**

I wish ebay would just stop messing with stuff for once. Just leave stuff alone for awhile. I dread every seller update. It's like "Well, let's see how hard I'm getting screwed this time."
