Did you mean:

Don't ever selling digital good using Paypal as Payment Method.

I already heardPaypal Seller Protection doesn't accept digital good and their Customer Support are not good but I dont ever think it is this bad. Last week I sold and FGO account to a user. About 1 hour later I got the unauthorized access from Paypal. When I provided so much evidences to Paypal like many picture and message about tracnsaction, I also contacted to the buyer so many time and never got any reply from his/her.

And  Paypal just gave me their decision without providing me, the seller, any clear talking beside a very cold message about refunding, which is really rude. Even the buyer account got hacked, his attitude is quite clear to not share any resonsibility with his/her action and Paypal just don't care.

I will say it right now: If Papal can't protect selling digital good with no care then stop charge fee with so much price and reduce the pending time. One advice: dont ever try selling digital good or in my case, a mobile game account on Ebay with Paypal as payment because you guy can easily be a victim for cheater/hacker with hardly any Protection from Paypal. And sorry about my bad english and grammar.

As a general rule, neither eBay nor PayPal will protect a seller against fraud. This is true for any transaction, for any item, for any amount.  And this has been true for over 10 years now.

Neither eBay nor PayPal will look at your pictures, watch your videos, read your emails, inspect your items, talk to your postmaster, or listen to your arguments. They do not really care what evidence you offer - bBecause for each aspect of a transaction that the buyer can lie about, there is a similar aspect to the transaction that the seller can lie about.

Because both PayPal and eBay offer satisfaction guarantees to the buyer, when a dispute arises both PayPal and eBay will side the party that will result in the least financial loss to themselves.

Now that you know what many others have known for years, you have to decide whether you will continue to sell here. eBay and PayPal will do fine without you, so they are not going to change just because you don't like the way they do business.

I'm not saying all this because I want to be mean or because I agree with eBay and PayPal - I am simply stating the way things are.

Ok so basically you sold a digital good KNOWING Paypal Seller Protection doesn't accept digital good and now you're surprised that you got the short end of the stick?

Re: Don't ever selling digital good using Paypal as Payment Method.

There are rules by the game manufacturer about selling accounts.

There are ebay rules as to where you can list a digital item.

PP instructing you about your need to refund isn't rude. You just don't like it.

Ebay has the buyers~most likely that was why you listed here?

You're not allowed to sell Fate/Grand Order accounts to begin with.  The game's TOS specifically prohibits it.
