I threw a 10-day auction up. Five minutes after listing, it had 19 views. 15 minutes later it had 32 views and 1 watcher. 24 hours later it still had 32 views and 1 watcher. 48 hours after listing it now has 0 views and 1 watcher.

I think it is broken. Others have reported that it is not functioning.

I was hoping that was the case. Otherwise, I'm either invisible and no one can see me or this whole ebay thing is a figment of my imagination or a dream ... like the last episodes of St Elsewhere or Newhart.

Try hitting the F5 key a few times. This will refresh your page. Seems to work for me.

I know that views counter has been wonky for me for awhile now.

One time when I look the views are there & the next time they're gone.

It just keeps going back & forth like that.

Today none of my items have any views thre is just a --- where the number should be.

Yesterday they were fine.

This is a known glitch and the ETA for repair is July 3.

If you check this Board, you will find many threads on it.

View counter has never been accurate. I just ignore it.

Ignoring it is fine except... Except the view/watch counter is one of the criteria eBay's 'bots' use to determine ad position on the Best Match list. No view/watch counter... No accurate placement of ads on eBay.

They say that you are still getting views, the counter just isn't showing them, but I don't know if search placement is being determined by those views, if any, as sales have also been reported to be down.

Sounds like it's broken. I've read a lot of people saying the same thing. I usually don't get caught up in the glitches a lot people post about (for whatever reason... it's eBay) but I am having the same thing. No views on any items according to eBay. Just not realistic, and I have watchers, so ...
